Eros International guns for 15-20% revenue growth in FY17

Kishore Lulla, executive director Eros International, the maker of recent box office hit Housefull 3, says he is confident that the company will better its margins, catalogue and syndication revenues in FY17.

Analysts are bullish on the stock post March quarter results. IDBI Capital has a buy rating with a target price of Rs 285 per share with a believe that the best period for content monetisation for Eros is yet to come. It has also increased FY17/18 earnings per share (EPS) by 8/4 percent.

"The film set the cash registers ringing with the release day (Friday) collecting over Rs 15.21 crore in India and continued to witness upward trend on Saturday with Rs 16.30 crore and Sunday Rs 21.8 crore, taking total weekend net to Rs 53.31 crore," the media company said in its filing.
