Amitabh Bachchan took to his social media handle to cheer for Abhishek Bachchan as his film 'Housefull 3' celebrated 8 years. Amitabh Bachchan has time and again proved that he is Abhishek’s biggest cheerleader. In a heartfelt post, Big B gave a shoutout to Abhishek, commending his performance and expressing his unwavering support. He wrote, “SUPEEEERRRRB .. YOO HOOOO .. LOOKING DYNAMIC .. ALL THE BEST ABHISHEK .. YOU BE THE BEST , LOVE YOU ️."

Amitabh Bachchan once shared that Abhishek is more of a friend for him than a son and that he loves spending time with him. Back in 2010, he wrote in his blog, “When I sit with Abhishek and spend time with him, they are the most glorious moments. He is my friend first now, and a son later. This I had decided even when he had not been born. Would I be the father of a boy, he would be my friend. Decided."

Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek, who have featured together in films like Bunty Aur Babli, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Sarkar, Sarkar Raj, and Paa, rarely get to spend quality time with each other due to their hectic schedules. But they live it up whenever they get the chance. Their heartfelt posts for each other speak volumes about their father-son bond.

On the work front, Big B has a series of projects in the pipeline. These include Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, and Vettaiyan with Rajinikanth. Vettaiyan marks Amitabh’s Tamil film debut. He also recently wrapped up a new season of Kaun Banega Crorepati.

And now, with Abhishek Bachchan coming on board with his stellar comedic timing adding to the mix, fans can anticipate even more laughter and entertainment. Scheduled to start filming in the UK in August 2024, this installment promises to be an uproarious adventure.
