Located just 2 km from a military camp in Kotli, Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, the Markaz Abbas is a key base of Jaish-e-Mohammed. It can accommodate over 100 cadres and is reportedly led by Qari Zarrar, a JeM founding member and part of its elite decision-making council. The Indian operation targeted the three-storey structure believed to double up as a residence and terror planning hub. Tucked into the hills of Kotli district, this secluded Hizbul Mujahideen facility lies 2.5 km from Mahuli Puli bridge. The camp comprises barracks, arms storage rooms, and housing for terrorists. Intelligence agencies say this is one of Hizbul’s oldest functional bases in the region, used for training and planning terror activities along the LoC.
Located just 40 km from Lahore, the Muridke compound serves as the primary headquarters of Lashkar-e-Taiba. The Indian strike targeted its sprawling campus, which includes Markaz Taiba — a notorious training facility where recruits undergo arms training and religious indoctrination. It also houses the offices of Lashkar’s front group, Jamaat-ud-Dawa. The compound has long been linked to multiple cross-border terror plots.

India struck Jaish-e-Mohammed’s largest operational hub, the Markaz Subhan Allah, situated on the outskirts of Bahawalpur. Spread over 15 acres, this terror complex is where perpetrators of the 2019 Pulwama attack were trained. It also houses the residences of JeM chief Maulana Masood Azhar and his key commanders. Intelligence reports say Afghan-trained JeM units operate out of this facility.

Situated near Kotli Bhutta Hospital in the Head Marala area of Sialkot, this Hizbul Mujahideen base was targeted for its role in launching cross-border infiltrations into Jammu. Terrorist commander Mohd Irfan Khan alias Irfan Tanda operates from here and has a history of carrying out attacks, including the 1995 blasts at Jammu’s Maulana Azad Stadium.

Disguised as a Primary Health Centre, the Sarjal facility at Tehra Kalan in Shakargarh, Punjab, was used by JeM for launching terrorists into Jammu via underground tunnels. Located just 6 km from the International Border in the Samba sector, this site was used for infiltration, drone operations, and cross-border arms drops. ISI reportedly oversaw operations at this concealed base.
