MCA proposes a tough and separate regime for large unlisted companies

The proposal is to create a similar but strict regime for large unlisted companies. The idea is that there can be a larger impact if such companies are mismanaged or, worse, carry out big frauds. Indeed, many are comparable to or even larger than some listed companies particularly in terms of valuation.
