Tata Steel board has approved FPO of 5.7 crore shares. It will raise Rs 3700 crore at CMP. The promoter holding will come down by 2%, reports CNBC-TV18. It touched an intraday high of Rs 650 and an intraday low of Rs 639.30. At 09:18 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 640.25, down Rs 6.30, or 0.97% on the NSE.
