Relaxo Footwear
The company's revenue increased by 1 percent year-on-year to Rs 748 crore in Q1FY25. PAT fell by 21 percent year-on-year to Rs 44 crore in the same period.
The Phoenix Mills
The company has approved the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 with a face value of Rs 2.
Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems
The company has acquired a deal from the DG Armed Forces Medical Service from the Ministry of Defense. The deal is for the delivery of 178 pieces of Portable Lightweight Computerized Multi-Channel ECG Machines.
Godrej Properties
The company reported a net profit of Rs 520 crore, compared to Rs 125 crore year-on-year. Revenue decreased by 21.1 percent to Rs 739 crore, compared to Rs 936 crore year-on-year. The company recorded an EBITDA loss of Rs 125.7 crore, compared to an EBITDA loss of Rs 149 crore year-on-year.
BHEL
The company reported a net loss of Rs 211.4 crore against Rs 205 crore in the previous fiscal. Revenue for the quarter was up 9.6 percent at Rs 5,485 crore against Rs 5,003 crore.
Mahindra and Mahindra
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) reported a net profit of Rs 2,612 crore and revenues of Rs 27,039 crore. The automotive segment saw a 13 percent year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 18,947 crore. Additionally, the EBIT margin for the auto segment grew to 9.5 percent from 7.7 percent year-on-year.
BirlaSoft
Birlasoft reported a 16.6 percent year-on-year decline in net profit for Q1 to Rs 150.2 crore. Revenue decreased by 2.6 percent, totaling Rs 1,327.4 crore compared to Rs 1,362.5 crore.
Crompton Greaves Electricals
The company reported a 25 percent jump in net profit to Rs 152.35 crore in Q1FY25. Revenue from operations also grew by 14 percent to Rs 2,137.69 crore.
Adani Power
The company reported a 55 percent year-on-year fall in net profit at Rs 3,900 crore, compared to Rs 8,759 crore in the previous fiscal. Revenue for the quarter was Rs 14,717 crore, an increase of 29 percent year-on-year from Rs 11,005 crore in Q1FY24.
Maruti Suzuki
Maruti Suzuki India reported a 47 percent year-on-year increase in its Q1FY25 net profit to Rs 3,650 crore. Revenue for the same period rose by 10 percent year-on-year to Rs 35,531 crore.
Bank of Baroda
Bank of Baroda reported a 9.5 percent rise in standalone net profit to Rs 4,458 crore for the quarter ended June 2024. NII for the period was up 5.5 percent to Rs 11,600 crore.
Coal India
Coal India reported a 4 percent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 10,959 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Revenue from operations rose by 1.3 percent to Rs 36,465 crore in Q1FY25 compared to Rs 35,983 crore in the year-ago period.
Mankind Pharma
Mankind Pharma reported a 10 percent year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 543 crore. Revenue from operations also witnessed a 12 percent year-on-year growth in the same period to Rs 2,893 crore.
Tata Steel
Tata Steel Ltd reported a 51 percent year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 960 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Revenue from operations fell by 8 percent year-on-year to Rs 54,771 crore in Q1FY25 compared to Rs 59,490 crore in Q1FY24.
Bikaji Foods International
Deepak Agarwal, from the Promoter and Promoter Group, sold 300,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each on July 31, 2024, representing 0.12 percent of the company's total paid-up equity share capital. This sale was to meet Minimum Public Shareholding requirements. As a result, the Promoter and Promoter Group's shareholding decreased from 75.10 percent to 74.98 percent.
Teamlease
The company posted a quarterly profit of Rs 19 crore, which is a 25 percent year-on-year decline. The EBITDA margin for the quarter fell to 0.9 percent in Q1FY25 from 1.2 percent in Q1FY24.
Sansera Engineering
The company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Karnataka Udyog Mitra, Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Government of Karnataka, for the acquisition of 55 acres of industrial land in Harohalli, Ramanagra, Bengaluru. This strategic move is part of the company’s long-term growth and expansion plans in the region for both automotive and non-automotive sectors.

Wipro has been selected by MAHLE, a global automotive supplier, to transform their IT infrastructure with an innovative hybrid cloud solution. As part of this multi-year project, Wipro will migrate MAHLE’s two core data centers into Wipro FullStride Cloud’s hybrid cloud solutions.
GE T&D
Revenue for the quarter ended June 2024 was Rs 960 crore, up 34 percent from Rs 720 crore in the quarter ended June 2023. EBITDA stood at Rs 194 crore compared to Rs 62.8 crore in the same quarter the previous year. Profit after tax was Rs 134.5 crore, up from Rs 28.2 crore in the quarter ended June 2023.
Vedanta Limited
The company has received “no objection” letters from BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Vedanta Limited, Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited, Talwandi Sabo Power Limited, Malco Energy Limited, Vedanta Base Metals Limited, Vedanta Iron and Steel Limited, and their respective shareholders and creditors.
Techno Electric & Engineering Company
The company has acquired NERGS-I 30, Power Transmission Limited from REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) in July 2024, along with all its assets and liabilities. The company had previously been declared the successful bidder through a tariff-based competitive bidding process. As of the acquisition date, NERGS-PTL became a subsidiary of Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited.
