Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund bought 12.75 lakh shares in Arvind Fashions at an average price of Rs 574.85, while ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co bought 43.48 lakh shares in Arvind Fashions at an average price of Rs 574.85.

On the sellers side, Plenty Private Equity Fund I Limited sold 33.88 lakh shares in Arvind Fashions at an average price of Rs 574.85. Plenty CI Fund I Limited sold 17.77 lakh shares in Arvind Fashions Limited at an average price of Rs 574.85.

Goldman Sachs Funds - Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio bought 13 lakh shares in Arvind Fashions at an average price 574.73 on the BSE. Plenty Private Equity Fund I Limited and Plenty CI Fund I sold 37 lakh shares and 17 lakh shares in Arvind Fashions on BSE.

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought 3.14 lakh shares in Shaily Engineering Plastics at an average price of Rs 950.

India Equity Fund 1 bought 1.06 lakh shares in Silkflex Polymers India at an average price of Rs 90.5.

BlackRock Financial Services Pvt bought 92,612 shares in Vaishali Pharma at an average price of Rs 194.56.

North Star Opportunities Fund VCC-Bull Value Incorporated VCC SUB-Fund sold 19 lakh shares in Tiger Logistics at an average price of Rs 59.14.

NAV Capital VCC- NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund bought 1.9 lakh shares in MCEL at an average price of Rs 300.83.

Minereva Ventures Fund bought 6.16 lakh shares in Kamdhenu at an average price of Rs 597.66.

Block Deals 

Around 56.24 lakh shares of Arvind Fashions Limited were sold via a block deals on September 11.

Plenty CI Fund I Limited sold 17.77 lakh shares of Arvind Fashions Limited at Rs 574.85. Other sellers included Plenty Private Equity Fund I Limited, which sold 33.88 lakh shares and Multiples Private Equity Fund II LLP which sold 4.59 lakh shares at the same price.

Buyers included Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund (12.75 lakh shares) and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co (43.48 lakh shares)

At close, the stock was trading at Rs 585, around 0.88 percent higher.
