Sell Hindustan Zinc, Bharat Financial; buy Ceat, Reliance Capital may hit Rs 800: Ashwani Gujral

Ashwani Gujral of ashwanigujral.com is of the view that one can sell Hindustan Zinc and Bharat Financial Inclusion and buy Ceat while he feels that Reliance Capital may hit Rs 800.

Ashwani Gujral of ashwanigujral.com told CNBC-TV18, "Hindustan Zinc is hitting lows of the session and I like to trade news. So, that for me is probably a sell. You should find it declining because that was running up against the metal trend all these days. So, now that the news is out, you should see profit booking out there."

"Bharat Financial Inclusion has weakened, so, probably you would try to sell into the stock. Tyres overall still look positive, so, may be Ceat is something you can buy," he said.

"For Idea Cellular, once we break Rs 90, it should lose another Rs 10-15 fairly quickly."

"Divis Laboratories has basically collapsed, maybe the collapse is done. However, it needs to move sideways for a long time for the healing process to come in. So, I don’t think there is a trade in Divis. However, for Idea, the moment the 200-day moving average around Rs 90 is broken, you will have more downside. "

"While the short run for Reliance Capital, Rs 600-610 zone tends to give it resistance, but overall in longer term, I think the stock is now heading higher and coming out of this Rs 400-600 band. So, next call could be Rs 750-800 but that will take some time, that will happen over a period of few months."
