Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal has registered his purchase of a “super-luxury” apartment in DLF’s The Camellias in Gurugram. The purchase was made directly from the developer DLF Limited in 2022 for Rs 52.3 crore.

The conveyance deed for the property was executed on March 17, 2025, with Goyal paying Rs 3.66 crore in stamp duty, documents accessed by Zapkey, a real estate analytics firm, show.

The apartment is spread over 10,813 square feet and comes with five parking spaces.

Market sources said that the apartment will now be priced at upwards of Rs 100 crore as per market value.

DLF The Camellias is a “super-luxury” residential project in DLF phase-5 in Gurugram and is also known for its 5-star hotel-like amenities. It often is in news for its high-value real estate transactions and has emerged as a coveted address in the National Capital Region.

Both DLF and Goyal didn’t immediately respond to Moneycontrol’s queries. The copy will be updated when the responses come in .

Goyal, also the CEO of the food delivery company, also has a collection of luxury cars that includes Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, Aston Martin DB12, Ferrari Roma, a Porsche 911 Turbo S, a Lamborghini Urus, BMW M8 Competition and Porsche Carrera S.

Big ticket deals

The Camellias is the new address of the rich and the famous in NCR .

In December 2024, Rishi Parti, CEO and founder of Gurugram-based Info-X Software Technology, purchased a penthouse in The Camellias for Rs 190 crore.

In January of the same year, Smiti Agarwal, a director at Wesbok Lifestyle and wife of V Bazaar CMD Hemant Agarwal, bought an apartment in The Camellias for Rs 95 crore.

In October 2023, an 11,000 sq ft apartment was snapped up for about Rs 114 crore in a resale.

MakeMyTrip founder Deep Kalra, Den Networks' Sameer Manchanda and Assago Group founder Ashish Gurnani have also purchased apartments in The Camellias.
