The Noida Authority has floated a scheme for 25 commercial plots in 11 different sectors of the city. The cumulative reserve price of these plots is pegged at Rs 105.5 crore, officials aware of the matter said.
They said that the last date of the registration for the scheme is March 7 and these plots will be allotted though e-auction.
These plots range from 18 square metres (sqm) to 316 sqm and are located in 11 sectors in Noida, officials said.
“Out of the 25 plots, six commercial plots are located in Sector 84A (Hosiery Complex), four in Sector 16, three in Sector 31, two each in sectors 70, 71, 80, 82 and one plot each in sectors 39, 40, 64 and 69. The scheme was floated on February 16 and will continue till March 7,” the official said.

The reserve prices of these plots range from Rs 49.11 lakh to Rs 6.60 crore. The EMD (earnest money deposit) value of these plots will be 10 percent of the cost of the plot, or between Rs 4.9 lakh and Rs 66 lakh, depending on the size and location. The applicants will also have to pay non-refundable processing fee to participate in the e-auction process.
"These commercial plots are at prime locations near markets, Metro stations, and in office areas in the city, and can turn out to be better investment avenues for business purpose. We are hopeful of good response from the buyers," he said.
