Real estate developer M3M India is expected to deliver six projects totalling 6.5 million square feet (msf) in the financial year 2023-24, at a cost of Rs 3,250 crore, the company said.
The realty firm said that in the first half of FY23-24, two residential projects — M3M Heights and M3M Flora68 — and one commercial project, M3M Skylofts, comprising about 2.5 msf, all in Gurugram, have been delivered at a construction cost of Rs 1,250 crore.
In the second half of the financial year, the company is expected to deliver three more projects in Gurugram — M3M Atrium57, M3M Solitude, and M3M Lofts74 — comprising about 4 msf, at a cost of Rs 2,000 crore, the company said in a statement on October 26.
M3M Heights is a 1,244-unit, 2- and 3-BHK uber-luxury residential project located in sector-65, Gurugram. M3M Flora68 is a 114-unit, 2-, 3-, and 4-BHK uber-luxury residential project in sector-68. M3M Skylofts, located in sector-71, Gurugram, next to the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), has 270 studio units.

The company has so far delivered around 30 msf across more than 50 projects in Gurugram.
