DLF’s Rajiv Singh and family topped the Hurun India Rich List 2023 among real estate developers with a wealth of Rs 78,900 crore followed by Mangal Prabhat Lodha and the family of Macrotech Developers with a wealth of Rs 52,800 crore.
The third is Chandru Raheja and family of K Raheja Corp, with a wealth of Rs 45,700 crore.
Hurun India today released 360 ONE Wealth Rich List 2023 that named Mukesh Ambani and family of the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) as India's richest Indians in 2023 with a worth of Rs 8,08,700 crore followed by Gautam Adani and family, of the Adani Group with Rs 4,74,000 crore.
The real estate sector contributed 52 of the 1,319 names worth over Rs 3,000 crore, including 11 new additions to the list in the last one year. The combined value of the real estate industry has grown by 27 percent, according to the list.

Among the real estate developers, Niranjan Hiranandani of Nidar was at number four with a wealth of Rs 38,600 crore, as per the Rich List.
The fifth spot was held by Arjun Menda and family of RMZ with wealth of Rs 37,000 crore followed by realtor Vikas Oberoi of Oberoi Realty with a wealth of Rs 28,700 crore.

Other names that were in the rich list included Jitendra Virwani of Embassy Office Parks who held the sixth spot with a wealth of Rs 22,700 crore. Raja Bagmane of Bagmane Developers was worth Rs 22,600 crore, according to the list.
