Awfis Q1FY26 operational revenue soars 30 percent YoY to Rs 335 crore

Delhi headquartered flexible workspace solutions provider company, Awfis Space Solutions Limited (Awfis), has reported a 30 percent year-on-year (YoY) jump in its operational revenue for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.

The company’s operating EBITDA margin for Q1FY26 is 37.8 percent, improved by 710 bps on YoY basis driven by robust revenue growth, deeper enterprise penetration, expanding allied services, and a continued focus on operating efficiencies.

“We are pleased to report a strong start to FY26, with revenue at Rs 335 crore, reflecting a 30 percent YoY growth from Rs 258 crore that we did in Q1 of FY25. Our operating EBITDA margin stands at about Rs 127 crore, which is about 37.8 percent, an expansion of 710 basis points. Our PAT for Q1FY26 stands at Rs 10 crore as against Rs 3 crore in Q1FY25,” Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director, Awfis Space Solutions Limited, told Moneycontrol.

He said that operationally, the company’s momentum remains strong, with a 40 percent YoY growth in operational seat capacity, underscoring the strength and scalability of company’s expansion strategy.

The company’s enterprise segment remains a key growth driver, with strong demand from first-time mid-sized GCC entrants and continued expansion by existing clients. As a result, the firm’s 100 plus seat cohort now contributes 59 percent of the company’s total portfolio, he said.

The company said that its Tier-2 city presence has grown by 25 percent, underlining success in scaling beyond metro hubs and capturing value in emerging locations.

“As guided, our near-term focus has been on optimizing the expanded capacity from FY25. Occupancies stood at 84 percent for centres with over 12 months of vintage and 73 percent overall, reflecting healthy absorption trends. In the second half, we plan to resume strategic expansion in high-potential micro-markets to capture demand and enhance returns,” Ramani said.

He said that the company has integrated ecosystem — spanning co-working, allied services, and design & build — which positions the firm strongly for long-term leadership in the flexible workspace industry.

Awfis is currently present in 18 cities and till June 30, 2025 it has an operational portfolio of 7.1 million square feet.
