Delhi-based listed developer Anant Raj Limited will develop a luxury group housing project spread over 1 million square feet at Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, with a targeted topline of around Rs 1,800 crore.
The new luxury project, for which the company has received RERA registration, will be called ‘The Estate Residences’. It will be part of Anant Raj's existing 180-acre township in Sector 63A on Golf Course Extension Road. The project will have a saleable area spanning over one million square feet, including a 40,000 sqft club.

The realty firm said that its latest luxury housing project is located at the foothills of the Aravallis and will have 248 luxury apartments in high-rise condominiums. The project will have 4BHK flats ranging from approximately 3,700 sqft to 4,800 sqft. The Project holds a Revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,800 crore, the firm said.
The housing project will be spread over 5.43 acres of land within the company’s existing 180-acre integrated residential township, namely ‘Anant Raj Estate’.

“This is our pinnacle luxury group housing amongst the multiple group housing projects planned in the next 18 months,” said Aman Sarin, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Anant Raj Limited.
Previously, Anant Raj had launched ‘Ashok Estate’ in the same vicinity, with 80-90 percent of units sold within 15 months of launch. About 200 families already reside in Anant Raj Estate, Sector-63A, Gurugram, and an additional 1,000-1,100 units are currently under construction.
In addition to its residential ventures, Anant Raj Ltd recently announced plans to invest Rs 10,000 crore in its Data Centre vertical, with development underway in Manesar, Rai, and Panchkula in Haryana.
