Global fast-chain retailer Zara will start its online sales from today via its website and mobile application throughout the country.

Zara will offer all its articles that the brand currently offers in the store and at the same price, a company spokesperson told PTI. The customers will also get an option to either pick up their orders from the store of their choice or can also get it home delivered.

Home delivery will be done between 2 and 4 working days in major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad.

In rest of the country, it will be done between 5 to 8 working days.

Standard charge for delivery will be Rs 290 and free delivery option will be available for orders above Rs 4,000. Deliveries at store will be free and will take 3-5 working days.

Payments can be done using all standard e-commerce payment platforms like Paytm and PayPal plus all major credit cards.

When changing or returning products, shoppers can opt for the choice of online management and returns at their most convenient store, during a 30-day period.

Going online is a part of the company’s expansion plans of the integrated offline-online store model across the globe where parent company Inditex Group does business.

Zara already has a warehouse located in Haryana where it has employed 50 people to aid in its online operations.
