    Waaree Renewable Tech board approves listing of shares on NSE

    Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the BSE-listed company said in an exchange filing.

    "The board considered and approved the listing of its Equity Shares on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) subject to regulatory approvals," the company said after the board of directors meeting held on Thursday, December 19.
