Federal Bank

The Reserve Bank of India has accorded its approval to ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, along with group entities of ICICI Bank, to acquire up to a 9.95 percent stake in Federal Bank.

Netweb Technologies

Promoters — Sanjay Lodha, Navin Lodha, Niraj Lodha, and Vivek Lodha — are likely to sell up to a 3 percent stake in Netweb via block deals, with a likely offer size of Rs 514.5 crore and a floor price of Rs 3,027 per share, CNBC-TV18 reported, quoting sources.

Kernex Microsystems India

The company has received an order from Banaras Locomotive Works worth Rs 411.17 crore for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 505 units of On-board KAVACH, as per RDSO specifications.

Ather Energy

The Government of India and institutional investors-managed National Investment and Infrastructure Fund-II exited Ather Energy by selling their entire holding of 73.33 lakh shares (equivalent to 1.92 percent of the paid-up equity) for Rs 330.6 crore on the BSE and NSE.

Meanwhile, a total of 11 domestic and global investors — ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, WhiteOak Capital MF, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Invesco MF, Motilal Oswal MF, Societe Generale, and Tata AIG Life Insurance Company — purchased the 1.92 percent stake. The transaction took place at a price of Rs 710 per share.
