Promoter offloads 5% stake in Aditya Vision, SBI sells 0.63% shares in Vikran Engineering

Axis Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 1.76% stake in Aditya Vision.

    Promoter Yashovardhan Sinha has offloaded 5 percent equity stake in Aditya Vision, the Bihar-based consumer electronics retail chain, via open market transactions on September 3.

    The stock corrected sharply today, falling 6.17 percent to finish at Rs 459.4, witnessing consolidation breakdown.

    Yashovardhan Sinha sold 32.6 lakh shares each at Rs 460.37 per share, and Rs 461.04 per share, respectively. Total promoters’ shareholding in the company was 53.23 percent as of June 2025.

    However, Axis Mutual Fund has bought 14 lakh shares (1.09 percent stake) in Aditya Vision at Rs 459.7 per share, and Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 8.6 lakh shares (0.67 percent) at Rs 460 per share.

    Net Avenue Technologies remained in focus for another session, finishing flat on Wednesday. Somani Ventures and Innovations bought 2 lakh shares at Rs 4 per share, however, Inventus Capital Partners (Mauritius) sold 2.32 lakh shares at same price.

    State Bank of India sold 16,36,842 shares (0.63 percent stake) in Vikran Engineering, the EPC services provider for power transmission & distribution, and water infrastructure segments, at Rs 99.42 per share. Vikran Engineering closed with a loss of 1.33 percent to Rs 95.71 on its first trading session.

    Prozone Realty also saw exchange of shares today, rising sharply by 9.37 percent to Rs 44.01 amid huge volumes. Apax Trust, the promoter entity, acquired 18 lakh shares (1.17 percent stake) at Rs 41 per share, however, Sarita Jain sold 18,11,395 shares (1.18 percent) at Rs 41.02 per share.

    Meanwhile, Vertis Infrastructure Trust remained in focus for second consecutive session. Sponsor Galaxy Investments II, a part of KKR Asia Pacific Infrastructure Holdings, 37 lakh units in the InvIT at Rs 98.04 per unit, valued at Rs 36.27 crore.

    Further, Narinder Bajaj has offloaded 10.25 lakh units in Vertis at Rs 98.16 per unit, 360 ONE Prime 91.75 lakh units at Rs 98.25, and Sanjay Kumar Chadha 20.5 lakh units at Rs 98.17 per unit, which in total worth Rs 120.33 crore.

    However, Shree Anantnath Real Estate, Sanjay Kumar Chadha, Ambit Wealth, Tibrewala Electronics, Spark Financial Holdings, RB Diversified, Duroshox International, Ashra Family Trust, Ara Investments, Afshan Riyaz Peermohamed, Adwait Holdings, and Axis Securities acquired 1.59 crore units worth Rs 156.6 crore.
