Valuation Methodology
The valuation considered both the Cost Approach and the Market Approach. The Income Approach was not applied due to the unavailability of reliable future financial projections. Under the Cost Approach, the book value of non-current assets was used as a proxy for fair market value. The Market Approach considered the market price of the shares and the Comparable Companies Multiple Method.
Valuer's Opinion
Based on the analysis, the fair market value per share as of May 16, 2025, is determined to be ₹150.43, in accordance with Regulation 164 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
