NSE has said it would move three companies to the dissemination board from next month as they would be compulsorily delisted from the exchange's platform.
These companies -- Arihant Threads, Kamper Concast and Krishna Engineering Works -- would be moved to the dissemination board from February 7, NSE said in a circular.
Generally, compulsorily delisted firms are moved to the dissemination board where it would be available for buying and selling by investors.
"These delisted companies shall be moved to the dissemination board of the exchange with effect from February 7, 2017 and shall be made available for buying and selling on dissemination board," it said.
Last week, NSE had announced that these firms would be delisted from its platform from February 7 as trading in shares of these entities have remained suspended for a long period.
The stock exchanges have been making efforts to delist companies that have been suspended for a long period.
In a separate circular, NSE said a total of 11 companies -- Koti Resorts, Marvel Hi-Tech, ANK Commercials, Gulab Impex Enterprises, M D Overseas, Adtech Systems, Mask Investments, Merit Credit Corporation, Parmax Pharma, Castle Traders and Narendra Investments (Delhi) Ltd -- would be removed from its dissemination board from tomorrow.
