IDBI Bank has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, subject to a Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors. The announcement was made on July 15, 2025.
In accordance with the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed up to July 23, 2025.
The meeting is being held in compliance with Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
