Bulk Deals: Capri Global buys 0.53% stake in Crest Ventures

Capri global holdings bought 1.5 lakh shares or 0.53 percent sake of Crest Ventures Limited in a bulk deal.

Capri Global Holdings Private Limited bought 1.5 lakh shares or a 0.53 percent stake in Crest Ventures for an average price of 470 per share. Crest Ventures shares closed at Rs 472, slightly down 0.41 percent on the NSE.

Ambit investment advisors purchased 3.8 lakh shares of Foods & Inns at a price of Rs 131.44 per share.

Mavira growth opportunity fund acquired 1.48 lakh shares or a 1.04 percent stake Krishca strapping solutions for an average price of Rs 355.39 per share. The shares of Krishca Strapping Solutions closed lower at 358.10 per share after locking in the lower circuit at Rs 360.30. The shares of Krishca strapping have delivered at return of 203 percent in a period of one month.
