Aditya Birla Capital has announced the allotment of 4,116 Equity Shares pursuant to the Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (ABCL Scheme 2017) and 42,359 Equity Shares pursuant to Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022 (ABCL Scheme 2022) on September 11, 2025.
The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company approved the allotment of 46,475 Equity Shares with a face value of ₹10 each. These shares were allotted pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options / Restricted Stock Units/ Performance Stock Units under ABCL Scheme 2017 and ABCL Scheme 2022. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all aspects.
Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from ₹26,12,38,97,350 (i.e. 2,61,23,89,735 equity shares of face value ₹10 each) to ₹26,12,43,62,100 (i.e. 2,61,24,36,210 equity shares of face value ₹10 each).
The company informed the exchanges about the allotment via a letter dated September 11, 2025 signed by Santosh Haldankar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
