FII holdings decreases to 18.6% in last quarter: Kotak

FII holdings has decreased to 18.6% in the last quarter on back of macro headwinds, says Sanjeev Prasad, Kotak Inst Eq.

Sanjeev Prasad, Kotak Inst Eq said that, "FII holdings has decreased to 18.6% in the last quarter on back of macro headwinds. FIIs reduced their positions in automobiles, banking, industrials, pharma and technology, but increased their exposure to consumers, metals and utilities. DIIs however are invested largely in banking, energy and technology."
