Vakrangee Q2 profit rises 19.52% at Rs 95.36 crore

Vakrangee Limited reported 19.52 percent rise in standalone profit at Rs 95.36 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015. The company had reported a profit of Rs 79.78 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, it said in a BSE filing. Net sales stood at Rs 783.86 crore in the second quarter of FY16 as against Rs 697.85 crore for the corresponding quarter last year, registering a growth of 12.32 percent.

EBIDTA stood at Rs 204.98 crore as against Rs 182.80 crore for the corresponding quarter last year, registering a growth of 12.13 percent, it added. Vakrangee is a technology driven company focused on building India's largest network of last-mile retail touch points to deliver real-time banking, insurance, e-governance, e-commerce and ATM services to the unserved rural, semi-urban and urban markets
