BSE Ltd on August 7 reported 9% increase in net profit at Rs 539 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. It reported net profit of Rs 494 crore in the previous quarter. On annual basis, the exchange's net profit rose 103% while revenue increased 59%.
The stock exchange's revenue rose 13% to Rs 958 crore in Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 847 crore a quarter ago.
On August 7, BSE shares closed 2.7% higher at Rs 2,452 apiece.
BSE's EBITDA rose 105% to Rs 704 crore in Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 344 crore a year ago.
The exchange reported massive margin expansion of 1,640 bps in Q1FY26. Its EBITDA margin was 73.56% in June quarter as compared to 57.19% in the year-ago period.
