    ICICI has come out with its first quarter (April-June) earnings estimates for the Apparel sector. The brokerage house expects Arvind to report net profit at 69.3 crore down 5.6% year-on-year (28.5% quarter-on-quarter).

    Net Sales are expected to decrease by 5.5 percent Q-o-Q (up 10.6 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 2328.2 crore, according to ICICI.

    Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to fall by 1.2 percent Q-o-Q (down 7.3 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 220.8 crore.
