OnePlus, a global mobile technology start-up, in association with Servify, the personal device assistance platform which promises to bring brand authorised service to all devices and appliances, has launched the 'OnePlus Care' app to enable customers to self-diagnose their smartphones and avail free pickup-drop service from their home or office, in case of a need to repair their OnePlus devices. The free pickup-drop service is available across Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, New Delhi and Mumbai.
Anyone buying a new OnePlus 3 device in India from Amazon.in can register for this plan within 30 days of purchase by downloading the OnePlus Care app and registering the purchase details on the app.
