Bulk deals: GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund buys 0.69% in Ambuja Cement

GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund purchased 1.71 crore shares, or a 0.69 percent stake, in Ambuja Cement Ltd. at Rs 625.5 a piece via a bulk deal on August 23.

Holderind Investments Limited sold 6.80 crore shares, or 2.75 percent stake in Ambuja Cement at Rs 625.5 per share via a bulk deal. GQG Partners also picked up 1.09 percent stake via a block deal.

Other entities that bought stake in Ambuja Cement via a block deal on August 23 include Vanguard Emerging Market Shares Index Fund (13.4 lakh), ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund ( 31.9 lakh) and Mirae Asset Mutual Fund (40.2 lakh), Axis Mutual Fund (12.7 lakh).

Legends Global Opportunities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. bought 7.11 lakh shares or 1.53 percent stake of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd at Rs 885.11 per share, while New Leaina Investments Limited sold 3.65 lakh shares or 0.78 percent stake at Rs 906.84 per share.

Sixth Sense India Opportunities 11  sold 5.51 lakh shares, or 0.64 percent stake, of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd at Rs 24.93 per share.

Harshil Premjibhai Kanani sold 34 lakh shares or 0.72 percent of Kanani Industries Ltd at Rs 2.91 per share.

Ramesh Shrichand Damani bought 8 lakh shares or 0.59 percent stake of NIIT Limited at Rs 127.55 per share.

Legends Global Opportunities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. bought 2.79 lakh shares or 1.1 percent stake of SEAMEC Limited at Rs 1,500 per share, and Nomura Singapore Limited sold 2.79 lakh shares at Rs 1,500.

Harinderpal Singh Banga sold 4.09 crore shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd (Nykaa) at Rs 208.3 per share.

Alpha TC Holdings Pte Ltd sold 99.10 lakh shares of Tata Technologies Ltd at an average price of Rs 1,013.91 per share.

India 2020 Fund II Limited sold 4 lakh shares of V2 Retail Ltd at Rs 1,061.4, while Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (Motilal Oswal Small Cap Fund) bought 4.10 lakh shares at Rs 1,062.35.

Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC - Citadel Capital bought 1.13 lakh shares of Eraaya Lifespaces Ltd at Rs 800 per share. Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC- Elite Capital Fund purchased 1.08 lakh shares at Rs 800 per share.
