Prime Focus okays Rs 104cr pref issue of warrants; stock up

Prime Focus board has okaed Rs 104 crore preferential issue of warrants to promoter, reports CNBC-TV18. At 09:24 hrs Prime Focus was quoting at Rs 53.50, up Rs 0.50, or 0.94%.

    Prime Focus board has okayed Rs 104 crore preferential issue of warrants to promoter. The board also approved preferential issue of shares worth USD 35 million to StanChart PE at upto Rs 53 per share, reports CNBC-TV18.
     
    At 09:24 hrs Prime Focus was quoting at Rs 53.50, up Rs 0.50, or 0.94%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 58.10 and an intraday low of Rs 53.40.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 101,272 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.67% or Rs 0.90 at Rs 53.


    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 64.15 and 52-week low Rs 33.00 on 10 February, 2012 and 19 December, 2011, respectively. Currently, it is trading 16.6% below its 52-week high and 62.12% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 796.44 crore.
