The Supreme Court is continuing to monitor the 2G scam investigations being conducted by the CBI, the I-T department and the Enforcement Directorate.

The apex court has directed all three investigating agencies to submit a status report with respect to the main 2G spectrum case, the additional spectrum matter as well as the Aircel-Maxis deal.

In the meantime, the CBI has informed the court that its officials will be meeting the Malaysian Attorney General on March 20 & 21 to discuss how India can get information from Malaysia. Investigation into matters related to spectrum is now primarily held up due to want of information from countries like Malaysia.
