Buy Vedanta, Apollo Tyres; sell Tata Comm, Glenmark Pharma, UPL: Sudarshan Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "I would not trade at all; it is not going to be a good day, because there will be some opportunities and it is really on the traders to decide whether they can pick that up. There are two stocks that had very strong rallies, Vedanta and Apollo Tyres. Both are available for buying, you have to time it, buy a dip which would be ideal rather than just enter a breakout. However, they are showing strong momentum. So, those are two buy ideas."

"I also have three short selling ideas which appear to be much easier to take the trade. One is Tata Communications, lower highs, lower lows, it is now in a mini-bear market of its own."

"The second is Glenmark Pharma. If you see the charts for Glenmark, how badly it has fallen, it is now on the verge of a breakdown."

"Third is UPL where some visible distribution is going on and downside is now opening up. So there are three short selling ideas, two longs, and a choppy day," he added.
