Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "The bullish head and shoulder pattern in Sun TV Network is now confirmed and the targets are quite high. So this is not a swing trade, a short term trade. You buy it and hold it."

"NIIT Technologies had a big rally and a small correction and that correction was sideways, a resumption on that rally should be possible. It is a buy.

"India Cements is a buy on dips stock. Cement stocks have been doing rather poorly, but it has strong support at Rs 160 and from Rs 160 it has bounced three or four times, another bounce is taking place. For all we know this bounce could take us enough to make money. So that is a buy,"he said.

"I have two short sells, this is simply for the intraday, don’t carry short sells anywhere outside the day. Marico is a short sell because it has been doing nothing, an underperformer."

"Bharti Infratel had a reverse V, I know these V-shaped rallies are reverse V shape declines, it is bring down day after day, so there are some possibilities. But primarily focus on the long side, stay with the Nifty and Bank Nifty. The Nifty has this tendency of going to a hurdle and then suddenly breaking out. So, we hope that happens again," he added.
