Trade International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and as per the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 till Forty-Eight hours after the date of Board Meeting i.e. November 11, 2016, for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.Source : BSE
