Adinath Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2016.Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect up to 3rd trading day after the publication of such financial results i.e. February 20, 2017.Source : BSE
