- Establish a simple skincare routine: Choose gentle products that suit your skin type, including a hydrating cleanser, a nourishing moisturiser, and a broad-spectrum SPF for daytime protection. Keep your routine short and manageable, focusing on hydration to combat dryness and dullness.
