RRB Technician Recruitment 2024: Last Chance to Apply Today at rrbapply.gov.in

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will close the application window for the Technician recruitment 2024 today, October 16. Candidates interested can submit their applications for 14,298 vacancies on the official website, rrbapply.gov.in.

Earlier, on October 2, the RRBs reopened the application process for Technician posts following the addition of more vacancies. This gives candidates who had not previously applied another opportunity to submit their forms. Existing applicants are also given the chance to make necessary edits to their applications.

Who Can Apply or Edit the Application?
Existing candidates who wish to apply for the newly added categories or modify their preferences for categories they did not previously choose can do so without paying any additional fees. Those who had submitted their applications but did not pay the required fee or who applied only for Category 1 (Technician Grade 1) can also apply for Technician Grade 3, and will be treated as fresh candidates. And fresh candidates, who have not yet applied, can submit their applications for all posts under categories 2 to 40.

Application Form Correction Window
For candidates needing to correct any information in their application forms, the RRB will open the correction window from October 17 to 21. During this period, new candidates can edit their applications as per the instructions outlined in the official notification. Existing candidates will be able to update details such as educational qualifications, zone and post preferences, and even correct their photo and signature.

Application Fee Details
The application fee for general category candidates is Rs 500. For candidates from SC, ST, Female, Transgender, and EWS categories, the fee is Rs 250.

2. Click on "Apply" and register.
3. Log in and fill in the required details in the application form.
4. Pay the application fee and submit the form.
5. Print the application for future reference.
