INVESTORS MEETING OUTCOME UPDATES-Kross Limited reported a soft Q2 and H1 FY26 as industry volumes fell 6 to7 per cent and the GST rate cut announcement led customers to postpone purchases, impacting CV and trailer demand in August to September. Despite this, the company maintained a stable 27 per cent market share, saw a strong recovery in October OEM production, and continued to benefit from fast-growing exports. Heavy capex including the new extruded axle plant Q4 rollout, tipping jack launch Nov, and the large seamless tube project for FY28 is aimed at strengthening product leadership and long-term growth. While margins were temporarily pressured by lower volumes and pre-commissioning costs, exports and new technologies are expected to lift margins toward the 15 per cent target. With demand rebounding post-GST, stable market share, strong export traction, and multiple new product lines, Kross is positioned for a stronger H2 and improved growth visibility. View more
