Ingredients: 4 large carrots, 2 apples, 1-inch piece of ginger, 1 lemon (optional)

Instructions: Wash all the ingredients thoroughly. Peel the carrots if they are not organic. Cut the carrots and apples into pieces that fit your juicer. Peel the ginger and add it along with the other ingredients to the juicer. For an extra zing, squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Stir well and enjoy immediately.

Instructions: Rinse all the fresh produce thoroughly. Remove the skin from the kiwi if you prefer a smoother juice. Cut the cucumber, apple, and kiwi into chunks. Juice them together with the kale. Add a tablespoon of spirulina powder, known for its high protein and vitamin content, including B12 analogues. Stir in the juice of one lemon and mix well.

Instructions: Peel the pineapple and remove the core. Wash the cabbage and carrot. Chop the pineapple, cabbage, and carrot into pieces suitable for your juicer. Add the turmeric root. Add the juice of one lemon for a bright, citrusy flavour. Stir well before serving.
