The finale episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show featured Baby John cast Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi with director Atlee. One of the most memorable moments came from Wamiqa Gabbi, who shared a hilarious anecdote about the origin of her unique name.
Wamiqa recounted a story about her father's choice of name for her. “My dad was so proud when he named me Wamiqa,” she began. “He told me it means ‘Queen of Wind,’ which I thought was really unique and cool growing up.” She laughed as she recalled how she believed in this special meaning throughout her childhood.
The real twist in the tale came years later when Wamiqa decided to look up the meaning of her name herself. “I was stunned to find out that it actually means ‘Process of Love,’” she revealed with an infectious laughter. “When I told my dad, he was just as shocked as I was! He had no idea and was so confident about it all these years!” The story had everyone in splits.
Varun Dhawan opened up about how fatherhood has transformed him. He shared his experiences of vulnerability and newfound motivation, inspired by his daughter, Lara. His experience resonated with Kapil Sharma, who related to Varun’s journey as a fellow father.
