Cricketer Smriti Mandhana and music composer Palash Muchhal have remained in the spotlight ever since their wedding was unexpectedly postponed, following a sudden health scare involving Smriti’s father, Shrinivas Mandhana. The latest updates indicate that he is now out of the hospital.

According to India TV report, Shrinivas Mandhana was discharged from Sarvhit Hospital on the morning of November 25. Although his condition has improved significantly, reports suggest that the wedding will stay on hold for the time being.

Shrinivas was rushed to the hospital on Sunday, November 23, after showing symptoms similar to a heart attack. The wedding, scheduled for the same day, had to be called off immediately. He was first admitted to a hospital in Sangli, Smriti’s hometown.

The report further noted, “According to the hospital management, Shrinivas's condition is completely stable now and he is out of danger as well. The doctors also performed angiography, in which they didn't see any blockages and that relieved the Mandhana family too.”

It also added that since Shrinivas had been admitted, Smriti and Palash’s wedding was postponed indefinitely, and neither family has announced a new date so far.

In another twist, a day after the postponement, Palash himself was admitted to a hospital in Sangli. He was later shifted to a medical facility in Mumbai, but there is still no official word on whether he continues to be hospitalised or has been discharged.

What followed next were a series of online rumours. Shortly after the wedding delay, speculation erupted on social media claiming that the ceremony was allegedly cancelled because Palash had been unfaithful. These rumours gained momentum when users noticed that Smriti had deleted all her pictures with him from Instagram.

On Reddit, some users alleged that Palash had been involved with a choreographer, identified in several posts as Mary D’Costa. They also claimed that the woman had shared screenshots of her chats with Palash.

The screenshots circulated briefly before being taken down, and the date of the conversation could not be confirmed. The alleged messages appeared to show Palash complimenting the woman and talking about managing his ‘long-distance’ equation with Smriti.

However, none of these claims have been verified. As reported by Bollywood Bubble, the authenticity of the chats is uncertain, and there is no confirmation that the screenshots were genuine.
