Travel vlogger and actress Shenaz Treasury recently went through a stressful experience while traveling to Argentina from Dubai on an Emirates flight.

The 44-year-old described the experience she had with immigration officials at the Dubai airport on her Instagram Stories, looking tearful as she did so.

Shenaz disclosed that she only had a digital copy of her e-visa and not a printed copy, which prevented her from boarding her flight to Argentina. She said that the authorities demanded a printed copy to be presented at the counter, even though Indian tourists can enter Dubai using an e-visa.

In a follow-up video, Shenaz described the entire incident in detail. She said, “They just wouldn’t let me board with the e-visa. I had to run back almost a kilometer to the lounge to print it. The printer wasn’t working, and the flight was about to close. I broke down crying and created a scene before they finally held the flight for me.”

Fortunately, she was able to board the flight and proceed with her journey forward.  Shenaz later updated fans, saying, “So stressful. But I’m on the plane now. It’s a 23-hour journey to Argentina. Excited and glad I made it. Lesson learnt—always carry a printed e-visa, preferably inside your passport.”

She also posted information about her exhausting flight itinerary on Instagram. As per her Story, the itinerary was as follows- Mumbai to Dubai (3 hours), followed by a 2-hour layover, Dubai to Rio (14 hours), a 2.5-hour refuelling stop in Rio (stay on the plane), and Rio to Buenos Aires (3 hours). After the tense beginning, Shenaz joked that she was "smiling again."

Shenaz visited the teamLab Phenomena, a distinctive digital art museum in the Saadiyat Cultural District, while she was in the United Arab Emirates. In her own peculiar style, she explained the encounter by saying, “I thought I was just going to see art. Instead, I lost my shoes, walked through a black hole, and turned into 20 Shenaz alligators. This isn’t just an art gallery—it’s an immersive digital world that swallows you whole.”
