Salman Khan's brother-in-law Aayush Sharma spoke about the misconceptions about him and on Salman Khan being a mentor to him.

Bollywood actor Aayush Sharma, who is married to Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan, recently shared some personal insights about his relationship with his famous brother-in-law, Salman Khan. In an interview with a portal, Aayush described Salman not just as a relative but as a mentor and guide in his acting career.

Aayush explained how Salman has a genuine and heartfelt approach to supporting him. He recounted a particularly touching moment when Salman shared the trailer of Aayush's upcoming film, 'Ruslaan', on social media without prior notice.

Salman's encouraging words in the post highlighted the effort and dedication Aayush put into the movie.

Aayush expressed how meaningful this support is, comparing his relationship with Salman to that of a student with a respected teacher, using the metaphor of Dronacharya and Arjun from Indian mythology ‘Mahabharat’ to describe their bond.

"When a person who grooms and teaches you says something nice about you, every Arjun wants a compliment from his Dronacharya," Aayush said, indicating the deep respect and appreciation he has for Salman's guidance.

However, Aayush also addressed some common misconceptions people have about him, particularly the belief that his career moves are orchestrated by the Khan family.

He clarified that this is not the case, emphasising that he makes his own decisions and that the support from the Khan family comes from a place of love, not control. "That I don’t have brains of my own and that everything is decided by the Khan family and that is not the truth. They love me,” he explained.

Aayush made his debut in the film industry with 'Loveyatri,' which unfortunately did not perform well at the box office. He hopes to make a stronger impact with 'Ruslaan,' set for release in cinemas on April 26. The movie is an action film, and from the trailer, it is evident that Aayush has invested a lot of hard work and dedication into his role.

While Aayush benefits from the guidance and support of Salman, he is keen on carving out his own identity and proving his capabilities through his performances.
