How did Rashmika Mandanna celebrate Pushpa 2 crossing 1000 crores?

In a recent interview, Rashmika Mandanna shared her excitement about the immense success of her latest release, Pushpa 2 with Allu Arjun. The actress spoke about the joy of seeing the film cross the 1000 crore mark, a milestone that highlights the film's massive popularity.

Rashmika expressed her gratitude for being part of such a groundbreaking project, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of the entire team. She also mentioned how the overwhelming response from fans and critics made the experience even more rewarding, marking a significant chapter in her career.

While talking to The Hollywood Reporter India, Rashmika said, "I feel extremely grateful and honoured. I couldn’t celebrate much because I started working on my next film two days after the release. But of course, in those two days, I got to have this really sweet dinner with the closest people. My family also sort of prepared dinner for me. So those two moments were very special."

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 had an impressive box office run, prompting the makers to announce the inclusion of 20 extra minutes of content in the theatrical version, set for release on January 11.

This reloaded version comes at a crucial time, as the film faces tough competition in the Telugu states due to major Sankranthi releases such as Ram Charan’s Game Changer, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Daaku Maharaj, and Venkatesh Daggubati’s Sankranthiki Vasthunnam.

The added content aims to keep the momentum going and draw more audiences into theatres during the competitive festive period, ensuring the film maintains its strong presence at the box office.

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 continues the gripping saga of Pushpa, a key figure in the sandalwood mafia, as he confronts increasing pressure from law enforcement. According to recent reports, Pushpa 2: The Rule will be available on Netflix starting January 30th in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, although the Hindi version will not be part of this release.
