Global star Priyanka Chopra, who has been busy with a series of Hollywood projects, has finally dropped hints about her much-anticipated return to Bollywood. After making a name for herself in the West with major roles, Priyanka has sparked excitement among fans by suggesting that she may soon be back in Hindi cinema. Her potential return has fans eagerly awaiting the announcement of her next Bollywood venture.
In a recent interview, the Citadel actress revealed that she has "something up her sleeve" in Hindi. Priyanka Chopra's last Hindi film was The Sky Is Pink, which released in 2019.
In a conversation with HT City, the actor gave a relieve to her fans by saying, "Not joking, I meet many filmmakers here, read scripts. I have actively been looking for something I want to do in Hindi. This year was really busy for me. But I have something up my sleeve, I will leave it at that."
Priyanka Chopra was set to star alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa. The film, which was initially planned to begin shooting in 2021, has been delayed due to scheduling conflicts with the actors.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra, following the India chapter, has completed filming for the second season of Prime Video's Citadel 2. Sharing behind-the-scenes moments from her final day on set. She captioned the post as, "A few days late but I’ve been on a roller coaster. We wrapped Citadel season 2!! This year has been a whirlwind for me but to be surrounded by so much love and support makes everything easier. I’m so grateful to the cast and crew and especially my team who propped me up.
