Akshay Kumar talks about how he dealt with breakups, says 'I used to exercise more'

Bollywood’s original Khiladi Akshay Kumar, who will soon be seen in an action-packed movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, is busy with the film’s promotions. And the actor recently in an interview on The Ranveer Show was asked about how to deal with breakups by the host.

Ranveer asked Akshay: "Tell us how do you deal with breakups?" Akshay looked at Tiger and asked him to which Tiger said: “You are asking the wrong person Paaji (addressing Akshay), I have been in one relationship all my life.” But then he says: “It depends whether you are on the receiving end or if you are the one who has triggered or initiated that thing.”

Later, Akshay said: “When I went through break up once or twice, I used to exercise more. Channelise the energy as there is so much anger. And I get into working out more, eat properly. So I think that is the way.”

Akshay Kumar is married to writer and entrepreneur Twinkle Khanna. Twinkle is the daughter of superstar Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. The two tied the knot in 2001. Akshay was linked with actresses Shilpa Shetty, Raveena Tandon and Pooja Batra in the past.

There were also reports that Akshay was engaged to Raveena Tandon in late '90s but the two parted ways on a sour note. Raveena is now married to film distributor Anil Thadani. Her daughter Rasha is all set to make a debut in Bollywood.

Akshay and Twinkle are parents to Aarav and Nitara Khanna Bhatia.
Later in the interview, Tiger and Akshay were asked about how they deal with memes and if they are aware of it, the duo said people keep sending them memes. Akshay recalled the one where Salman Khan and he are dancing while wearing leaves. Tiger said his dialogue "Choti Bachchi Ho kya" is a big hit with those who make memes. He said, "I don’t know how it got picked through it is crazy."
