In the throwback interview of Koffee With Karan, Karan asks Akshaye to name the sexiest woman in Bollywood. To which, without thinking twice, he answered, "Ash (Aishwarya Rai). I can't take my eyes off her every time I meet her."

He added, "It's embarrassing for men. She must be used to it-people staring at her."

Akshaye also joked, "You just keep staring at her like a lunatic." Sonakshi Sinha agrees with Akshaye, and she said, "Not only guys. Even I am not able to take my eyes off her. She is damn stunning."

In another interview, Akshaye spoke about working with Aishwarya in Aa Ab Laut Chale and Taal. He said, "She is very beautiful. Not just from the outside but also from the inside." He added that she is always smiling and cheerful and praised her acting, saying, "She has performed amazingly in Taal."
