Jisoo, a global superstar from the famous band BLACKPINK, has added a significant piece to her already impressive real estate holdings.
The singer and actress reportedly bought an opulent villa in Gangnam, Seoul, one of the most coveted and upscale neighbourhoods in South Korea, according to reports dated October 29, 2025.
Her new home is part of L’ARBRE 27, an elite residential complex that’s as private as it is opulent.
Known for attracting some of the country’s most influential names, the property has become even more of a talking point after it was revealed that HYBE founder Bang Si Hyuk — the man behind BTS’s global success — will soon be Jisoo’s neighbour.
There are just 27 villas in the L'ARBRE 27 development, and they are all designed for optimal comfort, elegance, and privacy. The complex has already sold every unit, demonstrating its enormous appeal to South Korea's business and celebrity elite.
The price tags are equally astounding. According to reports, penthouse units are among the most expensive residences in Gangnam, with prices of about 45 billion KRW (roughly 31.6 million USD).
The estimated cost of even the standard units is 20 billion KRW, or about $14 million USD. Two contemporary towers with five underground and seven above-ground floors make up the complex, which is currently under construction. When it is finished, residents like Jisoo and Bang Si Hyuk will move in.
For Jisoo, this purchase demonstrates her astute investment sense in addition to her extraordinary success.
Already a property owner at the prestigious Hannam The Hill, home to figures like BTS’s Jin and actor So Ji Sub, she also runs an office for her company BLISSOO, which she co-founded with her brother, in the same high-profile area.
