In a shocking turn of events, singer and therapist Kenishaa Francis has come forward to address rumours circulating about her alleged affair with Tamil actor Jayam Ravi. In an interview with DT Next, Kenishaa denied any romantic involvement with the actor and, for the first time, accused his estranged wife, Aarti, and her family of subjecting Jayam Ravi to emotional abuse. The situation has stirred much attention, with Kenishaa providing key insights into the ongoing conflict between the actor and his family.

Denial of Affair Rumors

Kenishaa took a firm stand against the rumors of her affair with Jayam Ravi, making it clear that their relationship has never crossed any inappropriate boundaries. “There has been no physical involvement; we both understand our boundaries. I am self-made, and my parents are no more,” Kenishaa revealed.

She explained that much of the misinformation surrounding her and Ravi’s relationship has been created by the media, and she is upset with the way her name has been dragged into the narrative. “This is not my circus and I cannot be battling this. If these rumor mills continue, I may have to consider legal action for defamation,” she warned.

Accusations Against Aarti and Her Family

In addition to clearing up the rumors of an affair, Kenishaa took the opportunity to bring to light what she claims is the real issue—Aarti’s alleged abuse of Jayam Ravi. According to Kenishaa, Jayam Ravi has been her client for some time, and through their therapy sessions, she has gained insight into his personal struggles with his estranged wife.

“As a therapist, I can tell you that the pain Jayam Ravi’s family has put him through is bigger than the pain of losing his parents,” Kenishaa said.

Kenishaa further alleged that Aarti has been trying to tarnish Jayam Ravi’s reputation in public by deliberately lying about their relationship. She also mentioned that Aarti has been misusing Jayam Ravi’s funds from his bank account, raising questions about her financial motives in the ongoing separation.

Therapeutic Confidentiality and Potential Legal Action

Kenishaa emphasized that her knowledge of Jayam Ravi’s struggles comes from their therapy sessions and that she has documented evidence to support her claims. “I can release all the evidence, with or without Ravi’s permission in the court of law, from my notes of our therapy sessions,” Kenishaa stated, implying that she has enough proof to take legal action if necessary.

Kenishaa also mentioned that Aarti is afraid of the evidence she holds. “Just because Aarti is afraid of what she’s done to Ravi, she cannot use me as a scapegoat to cover up her doings,” Kenishaa said, reinforcing her decision to remain transparent about the situation and not let her name be misused by either party.

The Impact on Jayam Ravi

Jayam Ravi himself has responded to these allegations, reiterating his respect for Kenishaa and her self-made career. In a public statement, Ravi requested the media and the public not to drag Kenishaa into his divorce proceedings with Aarti. Speaking to the press outside Sathyam theatre in Chennai, the actor praised Kenishaa’s professional achievements and urged people to respect her boundaries.

“Kenishaa is a person who sang in 600 stage shows. She came up in life with her hard work. She is a healer who saved many lives. She is a licensed psychologist. Please don’t involve her in this,” Jayam Ravi said.

Jayam Ravi also revealed that he and Kenishaa plan to start a healing center together in the near future, focusing on helping people with mental health and wellness. “That’s our goal. We want to help many people. Please don’t spoil it. Nobody can spoil it too. Don’t involve anyone unnecessarily,” he concluded.

Aarti’s Role and the Separation Battle

The conflict between Jayam Ravi and his estranged wife Aarti has become a highly publicized separation battle. Earlier this month, the actor announced his separation from Aarti in a social media post, which led to further controversy. Aarti claimed that the announcement was made “without her consent,” leading to an ongoing legal struggle.

Kenishaa’s accusations against Aarti, particularly regarding the financial misuse and emotional manipulation of Ravi, have added fuel to the fire. The accusations have painted Aarti in a negative light, with Kenishaa calling out her actions as deceptive and damaging. The public response has been mixed, with some defending Aarti and others sympathizing with Ravi’s alleged plight.
