John Abraham recalls almost kissing Shah Rukh Khan in Pathaan, says, "I don't think he is an actor anymore"

John Abraham calls Shah Rukh Khan biggest action hero

Bollywood superstars John Abraham and Shah Rukh Khan co-starred in the 2023 film, Pathaan. The actors have also made headlines about their alleged feud. However, John has recently reflected on his relationship with Shah Rukh.

During a recent interview with Pinkvilla, John Abraham has recently reflected on his kiss with Shah Rukh Khan at the success party of Pathaan. John recalled, "That's probably the best kiss I have got in my life and it is from Shah Rukh Khan and not from a woman. That was at the success bash of Pathaan. Probably, one of the best co-stars I have worked with."

The actor continued expressing his admiration and shared, “What a beautiful man, a beautiful human being, and very gracious. He is so charming.”

John further shared, “My manager once said that he taught us the idea of love and he brought the world crashing down after that. He is like the perfect man when he puts his hands out."

Previously, John has previously shared during a press conference that Shah Rukh Khan has become emotion. He said, “I don't think he (Shah Rukh Khan) is an actor anymore, he is an emotion.”

He recalled, “Which is why I nearly went to kiss him in many scenes (laughs). I have worked with Deepika earlier, and it's amazing to work with her. The songs feature one of the most beautiful man and the most beautiful woman (Deepika Padukone).”

John further claimed that he used to consider himself an action hero, but now he believes Shah Rukh Khan is the country's biggest action hero. He praised Shah Rukh's action skills and referred to him as the country's national treasure.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathan was released in 2023 and broke all the box office records. The film becomes one of the highest opening weekend grossers in the history of Hindi cinema. The film also features Salman Khan in the special role.

On the work front, John Abraham is reported to star in War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan, N.T. Rama Rao Jr and Kiara Advani. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is slated to next star in Jawan 2 and Lion.
